v3.7 — your notes, all in. (1) THAT LOOK IS GONE — ALL OF IT: I went through the whole cut frame by frame. It popped up 5 times total (the sunset stage shot family): 3 in Chorus 1 / the break, 1 in Chorus 2, plus 1 more use of the same clip in Chorus 2. Every one is out and replaced with on-model shots landed on the same words — a stage-wide duo shot, Scott singing harmony at the marina with his hair the right color, a guitar close-up on the break, a Neil close-up, and the duo dancing in the fair crowd. The source clip itself is deleted from the working library and locked in the banned folder (banned #28) with every copy pulled — it can't come back. I swept all 426 check-frames of the new cut: that look appears zero times, and no timestamp/PLAY overlays anywhere. (2) NEW INTRO, YOUR WAY: it opens on the PIANO — hands on the keys over the riff — then guitar, keys again, and the duo come in singing the "right on time" hook: duo shot, a Neil close-up right on the word "right," a stage-light hit on "time," then one long duo shot that rides the whole held "right" note without a single cut inside it. The beginning is denser too — 9 shots in the intro and 2 extra word-cuts in Verse 1 (a duo accent on "hit," a Scott harmony on "fumes"). (3) THE BRIDGE: Scott's crowd-call shot is cut right out — the bridge now goes from the stage lights straight to them laughing, exactly like you said. Everything else is preserved: every word-anchored cut from v3.6 still lands on its word, the bridge belt is still one uncut shot, and the song audio is bit-for-bit identical.
